It’s not too difficult there days to install an electronically operated 4 or 6 speed transmission into an older vehicle that came with a 2 or 3 speed. Computers and adapters are available for most of the popular cars and trucks as well as digital dash boards and shifters. If you aren’t concerned about keeping your older vehicle totally stock, then you can’t beat the feel of some custom modifications.
